Jeffrey Yee

Mr. Jeffrey Yee specializes in working with high net worth investors and accounts. Jeff brings over 22 years experience in commercial real estate and mortgage brokering, banking and investment advisory services to Western Peaks where he is a member of our loan advisory committee.

 

Mr. Yee began his professional real estate career when he joined in 1987 and later became a partner of a Southern California commercial brokerage office that originally opened as a subsidiary of Merrill Lynch Capital Markets. Since then, Jeff has worked in a variety of capacities representing corporate and high net worth clients, managing investment and leasing transactions and working with both Asian and domestic based financial institutions.

 

In 2002, Mr. Yee co-founded a Bay Area private equity firm. While working there, Mr. Yee was a lead advisor and focused on equity capital and convertible debt related transactions as well as development projects.

 

Mr. Yee has owned, operated and re-developed commercial real estate properties in the Western United States. Mr. Yee attended the University of Southern California.
