Western
Peaks Financial Corporation offers a broad range of
financial products and services to the real estate and
banking industries and to the private accredited
lender-investor communities.
In addition, Western Peaks
provides asset management, loan servicing and other real
estate services to our accredited private
lender-investor accounts and partnership funds that we
sponsor. Also, we provide origination, placement and
underwriting services to our institutional accounts.
Western
Peaks was founded in 1995 as a hard money private debt
investor by Mark Miller and members of his family. The
firm's initial product was an equity loan program for
commercial and residential real estate. In 1996, we
launched a joint venture finance program for the
residential builder community. The success of this
program allowed us to expand into other successful
financing programs for the commercial real estate and
development community.
Today, Western Peaks offers an array
of financial products and services to the real estate
and banking industries and to the private accredited
lender-investor communities. Our real estate clients
include top local and regional owners, operators,
developers, and builders. In addition, we serve the
commercial banking, mortgage
banking, and mortgage brokerage industries. We work closely with
leading members of these industries to provide quick
review and analysis of their projects and financial
requirements.
We rely on these professionals and their firms to
source and deliver well conceived real estate
transactions for the benefit of Western Peaks and our
private accredited lender-investor accounts. (see Investor Accounts)
We finance
and joint venture commercial and residential real
estate with valuations of $5,500,000 through
$30,000,000. Our minimum transaction is $1,250,000.
In addition, we are interested in properties with
$5.0M - $15.0M of mortgage debt maturing in 2012 and
2013.
