Henry Liao

Henry Liao joined Western Peaks in 2011. Henry is a graduate of the University of California, Santa Barbara where he earned dual degrees both in Financial Mathematics and Statistics and Business Economics. At UCSB, Henry received the Schwartz Family Endowment award for Outstanding Entrepreneurial Business Plans. Prior to joining Western Peaks, Henry worked in the Wealth Management industry as well as apprenticed in his family's construction and property management firm. Within this firm, Henry led the property management team where he leased and managed residential real estate in San Francisco. 

 

At Western Peaks, Henry focuses on deal review, underwriting, industry analysis, due diligence, and credit and appraisal review. Henry's professional interest is in the real estate investment management and investment banking industries.


In his spare time, Henry is a technology enthusiast, researcher of potential intellectual property patents, and an avid hiker.
